I am The BlogFather
I started blogging about three and a half years ago as a way to keep friends a supporters "in the loop." Then it grew into the mishmash of whatever this blog represents today.
One of the joys of blogging is twisting the arms of other people to start blogs or see friends get inspired to start their own. Some of whom are as follows.
Quotidian Light which led to a grandblogbaby with Grumpy Teacher
This Beatiful Mess…

Odds And Ends
Seasons of Kat Superfly just launched today and she asks "Who's Your blogdaddy?" And she has already inspired another grandblogbaby with Jen and her TLARO Blog.
Of course I have made a lot of other friends in and around the sphere, watched bloggers come online and go out of business, but these blog buddies are very endearing. All of whom are very talented, unique and great writers. I know you will enjoy them.

And I think you can add Beth’s blog, Inscapes, ( http://inscapes.blogspot.com ) as a GrandBlog, although I may need to clarify that with her. (She started blogging after she began reading and commenting at QL.)
[...] Thank you Randy for showing me is wonderful venue. [...]
What do they say…imitation is the highest form of flattery. Don’t feel old Randy, feel flattered.
Thanks for the plug!
Looks like you’re a GrandblogPa again with Jen joining the ranks.

. Lookityou gettin’ the linkage goin’. Good job!
Hey, I am a big blog kid now, I just blogrolled you!
I must be one of those BlogFreaks who is fatherless. I created the precursor to Jeremy-Gilby-dot-com on a whim (it was a humor site) and Jeremy-Gilby-dot-com followed suit about a few weeks later.
Actually, now that I really think about it (it was now 5 years ago) my now defunct Geek-Brigade-dot-com domain was my first blog, it was inspired from seveal places, but never showed any signs of success.
How fitting that my blog has a shady past.
I just love blogging but my way to blog has changed now, I am more into microblogging these days, I hope you know about microblogging!
