Who Am I Going to Vote for Tomorrow?

by Randy on January 28, 2008 · Comments

I have mentioned that I am going to support Huckabee. Since then I have had serious reservations about his foreign policy knowledge and plan. Basically, because of these concerns, I have shut up about the whole mess.

But … the primary is tomorrow. I am still supporting Huckabee because … who else would I support? He is a social conservative … but, I am just very nervous about voting for him. I could see the possibility of changing my vote as I step into the booth.

Giuliani? He would keep us safe … but is opposed to social issues I am concerned about. But he did promise to appoint future Supreme court justices along the lines of Alito and Roberts….

Romney? He was once like Giuliani on social issues and not much track record now that he has changed his mind. He is the only one of the remaining nominees that I have actually met. He has great Executive and business experience but … he represents a religion I have deep concerns about …

McCain - One of my best friends is going to vote for him but I just can’t. He would be more of the same old DC political games. I am frankly amazed he has made it this far. That said, he also would keep us safe and is strong on pro-life issues.

Ron Paul who?

::: sigh ::: Well, we will see what happens.
