Sweet Sister
A sibling in Christ writes:
I don’t know you, and you don’t know me, but I recognize my Father in you and your journey. I’ve never been big on saying “he’s my brother in Christ” or “she’s my sister”. But it hit me today that my Father is yours, too. And that’s what makes people brothers and sisters - having the same father! (This is such a simple concept, but for some reason, it has really been profound to me!) Our journeys may never come closer than this email this side of heaven, but just picture me on my path, smiling and waving to you, saying, “Hey brother. He’s good….isn’t he?”

I really appreciate the encouragement and find it very humbling. I love it when I recognize His countenance among the “priesthood of Believers.” It’s almost mystical … it is really cool. Often times it can be quite surprising as well. I love that Awareness.
