  Huh. The gym. What a concept. Haven't been there in a few weeks because I keep getting bronchitis. But I've somehow managed to lose eight pounds. Go figure.

  I so identify with what you went through to get yourself there. Always glad to have worked out, it's just getting the workout stuff on and the self out the door that's the biggest hurdle. Good job on pushing through. Loved this vid, and with music and captions ta boot. Cool. You and your MacBook rock!

  Hmm.. Make a video. I'm joining with my two sisters and several friends, making a video would be fun. I'll ask them about it.

  Sorry to hear about the gym non-attendance but you have a good reason. Do you think the weight loss could be your body is fighting so hard to get healthy, flushing water through more than usual? Appetite affected?

  Thanks for the encouragement Susan. I enjoyed making the vid and the mac and software did a really good job of making it very easy to do with a high quality (for a home video) finish.
