For the next month I have asked Mike to do the Friday Q & A. You can read his first one here. I will still blog about questions and serious things that come my way during the next 30 days. Even so, I am working on some personal offline goals and needed to hand off a few of my regularly scheduled things.
Today Mike and I had a great lunch at California Pizza Kitchen (pictured above.) I had Chipotle Chicken and he had Pear Gorgonzola. Can you tell who the native Texan and the native Californian are?

Not that China will notice but I am not going to watch the opening ceremony but I am watching and praying for the people in the war between Georgia and Russia. Also, I am glad Edwards finally admitted to the affair but I don’t get the “I guess being 99% truthful counts …” line of thinking. He lied … and trashed the media trying to break the story. AND …hello … where was the dinosaur media? Why does it take the Enquirer to unearth this story? It would seem Edwards was getting a pass until it was no longer deniable. We will see what happens as the scandal unfolds and probably grows.
I hate this for the Edwards family and our country. Homosexual, heterosexual, Democrat or Republican … immoral sexual behavior discredits leaders that *we* the people elect. This is not a good thing for us as a country. What do you think? … about any of this?
