Gifts & Grace

First, it isn't the greatest scan. The picture is a little larger than the scanning area of the machine I was using. This is my first really pre-meditated project. It was completely drawn during church with only the last few touch ups done at home. I started it when Pastor Clark started a series on Grace. The sphere represents the world and all the locked up spiritual "gifts" humanity can't escape. The only place in the drawing where the somber color of pitch black is used is in this area as the boundaries around the gifts and the small image of the cross that pierces the sphere and unleashes the gifts into free flowing cosmic stuff. :)

After that description I will leave the rest of the interpretation up to you. :)
